Rush option now available for same day turnaround if ordered before 11AM. The order and file both need to be uploaded before 11AM to receive your DTF the same day.

Direct-to-film printing is an innovative technique that enables the seamless transfer of intricate designs onto various fabric types using a specialized film and a heat press machine.

Unlike traditional printing methods such as screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, or sublimation printing, this method overcomes limitations related to fabric compatibility, color vibrancy, and design complexity.

Our turnaround does not start until we receive your file submitted correctly according to our guidelines.

File Specifications: 

- The only acceptable file format is PNG with a transparent background. Please note it must already have a transparent background unless your design does not contain transparency.

- The file must be at 300 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size.

- No bleed. No crop marks. We will not be altering your artwork in any way. The way you send it is the way we print it.

- All fonts must be outlined. Please provide a flattened file only.

PLEASE NOTE: If the file does not come in the correct format, not to size, is corrupt, or otherwise unfit to print, it will be put on hold until further notice until it is sent correctly. (Either by size or resolution). 

THIS ALSO MEANS THAT YOUR TURNAROUND WILL NOT START UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE FILE CORRECTLY.

Shipping Policies and Restrictions

SHIPPING:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 3 p.m. PST, it will be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file or the shipping payment has not been made, it will not be shipped until either payment has been made or the file is ready to print.)

SHIPPING CHARGE:
Due to the large physical size of products some orders may have higher shipping charges. Unfortunately there is little we can do as we are bound by the rules and limitations set forth by our shipping company.

SHIPPING TIME:
Once your order is shipped via ground service, you should receive it within 2 to 5 business days.

GROUP SHIPPING EXPLANATION:
Group shipping is available for jobs which have a MATCHING product category, turnaround time, shipping address, and shipping method. Group shipping discounts are applied to items with shipping fees of LESSER value.
Note: If you decide to cancel the item with the highest shipping fee value within a group ship, your group shipping discount will vary.

EXPLANATION FOR NEXTDAY TURNAROUND SERVICE:
All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded.
If your file is placed on hold, the turnaround time will begin after you select 'Run As Is' or after a re-uploaded file is received.
If you request a design proof, the turnaround time will begin right after you approve the design.

STORE PICK-UP:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 3PM PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the following business day after 4:30 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be ready for pick-up the next day.) You will be notified via e-mail if the order is ready earlier.

SAME DAY ORDER:
1.    Shipping Orders: If an order is placed and a file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be shipped the same day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be shipped until the next day.)

2.    Store Pick-up:
If an order is placed and file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the same day after 4:00 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be ready for pick-up the same day.) You will be notified via E-mail if the order is ready earlier.
