Our .030 mil thick high quality magnet sheet is tough enough to withstand daily wear. Its smooth surface is ideal for direct print resulting in clean full color printing. Printing Options:

UV Printing is our original printing method where we print directly on the magnet. 

Mounted Adhesive Vinyl is a new option we are offering where we print your design on our Oracal Adhesive Vinyl using Eco Solvent Ink and finish it off with our Matte lamination and then we mount it onto our high quality magnet in house. 

The difference in options is mostly in the quality of the print image. On the sticker we are able to achieve a more vibrant color spectrum versus the UV printing. As well as slightly better image quality. Due to the nature of the machines and different materials, we are able to get a closer cleaner print on the sticker than the magnet. If you are looking for a more premium quality magnet, your best option is our Mounted Adhesive Vinyl. 

Opciones de impresión:

La impresión UV es nuestro método de impresión original en el que imprimimos directamente en el imán.

El vinilo adhesivo montado es una nueva opción que ofrecemos en la que imprimimos su diseño en nuestro vinilo adhesivo Oracal con tinta eco solvente y lo terminamos con nuestra laminación mate y luego lo montamos en nuestro imán de alta calidad.

La diferencia de opciones radica principalmente en la calidad de la imagen impresa. En la etiqueta, podemos lograr un espectro de colores más vibrante en comparación con la impresión UV. Además de una calidad de imagen ligeramente mejor. Debido a la naturaleza de las máquinas y los diferentes materiales, podemos obtener una impresión más limpia en la etiqueta que en el imán. Si buscas un imán de calidad más premium, tu mejor opción es nuestro Vinilo Adhesivo Montado.

File Specifications:
-Accepted File Formats: .JPG & .PDF (single page)
-Make your artwork in the exact size that you are ordering. No bleed. No crop marks. 
-All fonts must be outlined. If using Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only. 
-We suggest 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size.
-.JPG is more likely to give richer color saturation, mostly visible with black color.
-CMYK only (We do not print Pantone / 5th / Spot / RGB)
PLEASE NOTE: If the file does not come to size, is corrupt or otherwise unfit to print, it will be put on hold till further notice until it is sent correctly (either by size or resolution).

Shipping Policies and Restrictions

SHIPPING:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 3 p.m. PST, it will be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file or the shipping payment has not been made, it will not be shipped until either payment has been made or the file is ready to print.)

SHIPPING CHARGE:
Due to the large physical size of products some orders may have higher shipping charges. Unfortunately there is little we can do as we are bound by the rules and limitations set forth by our shipping company.

SHIPPING TIME:
Once your order is shipped via ground service, you should receive it within 2 to 5 business days.

GROUP SHIPPING EXPLANATION:
Group shipping is available for jobs which have a MATCHING product category, turnaround time, shipping address, and shipping method. Group shipping discounts are applied to items with shipping fees of LESSER value.
Note: If you decide to cancel the item with the highest shipping fee value within a group ship, your group shipping discount will vary.

EXPLANATION FOR NEXTDAY TURNAROUND SERVICE:
All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded.
If your file is placed on hold, the turnaround time will begin after you select 'Run As Is' or after a re-uploaded file is received.
If you request a design proof, the turnaround time will begin right after you approve the design.

STORE PICK-UP:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 3PM PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the following business day after 4:30 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be ready for pick-up the next day.) You will be notified via e-mail if the order is ready earlier.

SAME DAY ORDER:
1.    Shipping Orders: If an order is placed and a file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be shipped the same day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be shipped until the next day.)

2.    Store Pick-up:
If an order is placed and file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the same day after 4:00 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be ready for pick-up the same day.) You will be notified via E-mail if the order is ready earlier.
